After 20 years as a paving contractor, that kind of hands-on inspection is second nature to me.
My name is Marcus Delvecchio. I’ve built my career around driveway installation, sealcoating, asphalt repair, and concrete restoration. I’m based in the mid-Atlantic region, where the freeze-thaw cycles are brutal and driveways take a serious beating every single winter. That climate has made me a better contractor, because around here, shortcuts don’t stay hidden for long.

If something didn’t impress me, I’ll tell you that too. My reputation is tied to honest advice, and I’m not willing to trade that for a quick commission.

When I’m not thinking about surface prep or aggregate density, I’m usually outdoors. I fish whenever I get the chance — mostly freshwater, nothing fancy. There’s something about being patient, reading conditions, and doing things the right way that carries over from fishing to contracting and honestly to this site too. I’m not interested in cutting corners anywhere.
What drives me is pretty simple: I want people to feel confident taking care of their own homes.
